What JATT III Acquisition Corp announced

JATT III Acquisition Corp, a newly organized special purpose acquisition company formed as a Cayman Islands exempted company, announced the pricing of its initial public offering. The deal covers 6,000,000 ordinary shares priced at $10.00 per ordinary share, for total gross proceeds of $60,000,000. The company said the ordinary shares are expected to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “JTTT” beginning August 26, 2026. It also said the offering is expected to close on August 27, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

What it means for JATT III Acquisition Corp

Pricing an IPO is the moment a company locks in the terms for new investors, including the share count and the per-share price. For a SPAC, this step is foundational: it’s the capital-raising launch that sets up the vehicle to pursue a future business combination. The $60,000,000 raise could position the company with a defined pool of funds to move forward with its stated SPAC structure. The planned Nasdaq listing under a separate ticker (“JTTT”) also signals the start of public trading for the newly issued ordinary shares once they begin trading.
